Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing sales contracts and work orders in a central location.
- Supporting sales proposals (formatting, drafting documents).
- Finalizing timesheets for all billable resources in a timely manner.
- Creating the outgoing invoices, based on the timesheets obtained by Project and Service Delivery Managers.
- Reporting on billing progress and resolving stakeholders’ issues.
- Processing incoming invoices
- Preparing invoice payments
- Managing expense notes
- Supporting the CFO in accounting and financial reporting
Office Management & Events
- Procurement of office supplies, laptops, food/drinks, etc.
- Taking care of office decoration (X-mas, plants, …)
- Organizing marketing & employee events
- Inbound/outbound postal processing
- Being our SPOC (handling all requests and inquiries)
- Finding a parking rental partner
- Managing the car park and its administration (lease, insurance, maintenance, etc.)
- Financial accounting skills
