MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this internal position your main focus is to attract and onboard talented individuals that fit our DNA and strengthen our service. You will hunt for those unique individuals who can make a difference in the organization. Based on input of the HR-representative and the management team you will shape and mold the recruitment policy to the organization’s needs.
Internally your mission is to set up a detailed recruitment strategy and help develop growth cycles to let people flourish to the next level.

- A bachelor’s/university degree in computer science or significant experience in a similar role.
- Relevant experience in recruitment with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ in the sector
- Great communication skills
- A deep understanding of social media and recruitment tools
- Affinity with IT and know what AX, Scrum, DevOps or BPMN mean
- A natural desire to keep track of trends and hypes in the market
- A broad network to contact
